The FARAX®-Bearing-FE9 is a multi-station test rig developed to determine the service life of lubricating greases in rolling bearings. Fully compliant with DIN 51821, the FE9 test rig enables long-term endurance testing with precise control of test parameters. Equipped with five independently operated test heads, it provides the capacity for parallel testing and statistical evaluation of grease performance under realistic conditions.
Each station is equipped with individual controls, emergency shutdown systems, and thermally insulated heating units to ensure safe and reliable operation.

Features & Advantages
Why Multi-Station?
Due to the long duration and variability of grease aging processes, single-station testing is often insufficient for reliable evaluation. DIN 51821 recommends multiple parallel tests to achieve statistically meaningful results. FARAX-Bearing-FE9 enables high-throughput endurance testing while offering flexibility for various lubrication concepts, bearing setups, and custom loads or speeds.
